ABOUT OGSI
TECHNOLOGY.
BUILT INTO THE
ARCHITECTURE.
OGSI designs and integrates the technology infrastructure behind exceptional homes and light commercial properties including hotels and resorts—bringing energy, lighting, connectivity, entertainment, and security together as one intelligently designed system.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
TECHNOLOGY
SHOULDÂ BE FELT.
NOT SEEN.
The best technology doesn't compete with architecture—it supports it. OGSI designs systems around the space from the earliest stages, coordinating infrastructure, power, lighting, connectivity, entertainment, and security so everything works together without compromising the design.
INVISIBLE BY DESIGN
Technology is thoughtfully integrated to preserve clean interiors and architectural intent.
ENGINEERED AS ONE SYSTEM
Power, lighting, connectivity, entertainment, security, and control are planned as one coordinated infrastructure.
BUILT FOR THE FUTURE
Flexible infrastructure allows the space to evolve as technology and the needs of the property change.
OUR APPROACH
DESIGNED EARLY.
COORDINATED COMPLETELY.
01
SUPPORT
Understand the property, architecture, lifestyle, and technology requirements.
02
INTEGRATE
Develop coordinated infrastructure for energy, lighting, networking, AV, security, and control.
The best technology infrastructure is planned before walls are closed and finishes are selected. OGSI works alongside homeowners, architects, designers, builders, and consultants to coordinate the systems behind the home from the beginning.
03
ENGINEER
Work alongside the project team to ensure every system is installed cleanly and correctly.
04
PLAN
Commission, monitor, maintain, and evolve the home's technology long after completion.
